Practical Nursing I students are learning how to administer medications orally and topically this week. Students demonstrated the preparation and calculation of medications while administering medications using the 11 rights of medication administration. Students had to research the purpose of the medication being administered and how this medication related to their client's history.
This is just one of the many skills that students learn while they are involved in our technical center's programs. Being a part of PCTC can lead to life-long careers.
