Title - PCTC Cosmetology II Students Taking Appointments in October!
The Cosmetology II students at PCTC will begin taking clients by appointment in mid-October. Appointments will be scheduled for the morning session to begin at 8:45 a.m. and will be completed by 11:00 a.m. Appointments will be available on Wednesdays and Thursdays.
