Friday morning, November 5th, Bus 65 will be split up with several buses. This will be AM only. Listed below are the roads and approximate pick up times:
Bus 26 will cover- 7:35 am start on Clearview Road, Piney Mountain Road, Edgewood and 211 BSN from Dry Run to Collins Ave.
Bus 39 will cover- 7:35 am start on Painter Street, Canaan Street, Charles Ave.,Hilldale Drive and Nichols Road.
Bus 27 will cover-7:35 am start on Eden Road and Creekside Drive. Bus 27 will also cover First Street at 7:50 am.

Congratulations to the LHS Marching Bulldogs ! On Saturday, October 30, 2021, the Marching Bulldogs traveled to Monticello High School to participate in their yearly Assessment . For the first time in LHS history, the Marching Bulldogs received the rating of Superior, the highest rating a marching band can receive. Congratulations to all! Your hard work and dedication have paid off!

Luray High School celebrates Homecoming and Senior Night 2021
Mr. Tutt reads Amy Wu and the Patchwork Dragon to students during library encore to celebrate national Read for the Record Day. Following the story students were able to make their own special dragons.
Today, students in Mrs. Keim's 2nd grade class, at Springfield Elementary School, read a story in Benchmark about making an American Flag. Following the story, students were able to make their own American Flags.

Page County Public Schools will be hosting Parent-Teacher Conferences on Monday, November 1, 2021, from 10:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m. (12:00 - 1:00 p.m. reserved for lunch). If you haven't already done so, we would encourage you to reach out to your child's teacher(s) to schedule an appointment. These meetings will be in-person or virtually depending on your preference/schedule.
Additionally, Page County Public Schools will be closed on Tuesday, November 2, 2021, for students. This day is designated as a professional development day for teachers in the 2021-22 school calendar.

Notice to Parents in the Luray Area.
Some portions of Bus 55 and Bus 30 will be approximately 30 minutes late on Wednesday evening only , October 27. Bus 30 will be running a double to deliver Bus 55 students home.
Areas that will be late include-
Redman Store Road, Pleasant View Road, Blainesville Road, portions of Farmview Road, Hollow Run Road, Ida Road and Ida Loop Road.

Three Luray Middle School Cross Country runners traveled yesterday to the middle school state championship. 206 girls from all around Virginia, from single A to AAA schools raced for the state title on a 2.49 mile (4k) course. Maya Jenkins, 7th grade, took 25th place, Briana Plum, 8th grade, took 66th place, and Carolina Wood took 113 place. Congratulations and well done to these girls on their tremendous success this season!
