The Cosmetology II students at Page County Technical Center are busy servicing clients with haircuts and Cosmetology I students are learning new hair cutting techniques. New techniques are first practiced on manikins in Cosmetology I and then perfected in Cosmetology II. Students use timers to improve their speed as they would in a salon setting. Students are also timed on their required tasks to take the practical portion of their State Board Examination.
