The sandwich was created by two Page County Middle School students. Initial feedback was that the sandwich was BUSSIN' (in other words, the students really liked it). Look for this item to return in the fall.

Earlier this spring, middle and high school students throughout the county submitted their best sandwich ideas and then all middle and high students were given a chance to vote for their favorite submission. PCPS Nutritional Services is excited to serve the winning "Knockout Sandwich" on May 26, 2023, at all middle and high schools. The sandwich, created by Page County Middle School students Atari Good and Jackson McInturff, was based on their favorite meats and cheese. They are also fans of Creed films (Rocky spinoffs) leading to their sandwich name. If this sandwich is truly a "knockout", it may appear on future menus! Thanks to all who submitted sandwich ideas and voted.
