Wednesday, April 27, 2022, is Administrative Professionals Day. However, we are honoring our Administrative Professionals all week long. They are definitely some of the unsung heroes in the division. Ms. Jennifer Adams--Page County High School --Guidance Department Ms. Adams began with Page County Public Schools in 1990, when she took the position in the main office/library at Luray High School. In 1993 she transferred to Page County High School and remained in the main office for 25 years. 3 years ago the opportunity to move into the Guidance department at PCHS opened and she as been there every since. In all, Ms. Adams has devoted 31 years to Page County Public Schools! When asked what she enjoys most about her job, she responded that the kids are what make the job the enjoyable. She says, "The majority of our kids are the kindest, most appreciative young adults, who are just looking for assistance or attention." Both of which she is always willing to provide. When posed with the question of --If you could go anywhere in the world, where would you go, and and why?-- Ms. Adams responded, "If I could go anywhere, it would be Germany. I was in the Army and stationed there in the 80's and would love to go and visit again." Thank you, Ms. Adams, for the time and attention you devote to the students of Page County High School, and for your dedication to PCPS. You are appreciated.
