Cosmetology II students at PCTC learn and provide a wide variety of skills and services other than hair services. They also are skilled in nails. Having a Cosmetology license will allow a student to work in a Nail Salon or a Day Spa that offers these options to their guests. These students are performing manicures to their clients.
