Practical Nursing students performed blood typing as a lab activity in the Anatomy and Physiology class at Page County Technical Center. Students are currently learning about blood cells and the function of these cells in the body. The students also learned about the ABO blood group, antigens and antibodies. Students will use this information to assist in their patient's plan of care in the spring on the medical/surgical unit at Valley Health's Page Memorial Hospital.
