On Thursday, October 21, 2021, Shenandoah Elementary School hosted a Title I Literacy Night with the theme "Fall Leaves Time For Reading." This was the first Literacy Night to be held since 2019.
Children and parents who participated in the literacy night were able to rotate to five different stations that were all fall and literacy related. Activities included story time and a variety of crafts all related to the theme.
Administration would like to thank all who came out and supported the event. A great time was had by all. A special thank you to the staff for being so giving of your time in order to plan, organize, set up/tear down, and run stations for students. It takes a village, and Shenandoah is truly a special village.
